Jiangsu is an eastern-central coastal province of the People's Republic of China and it is located at Yangtze River Delta Zone. There are 3 world cultural heritage sites in Jiangsu including the Classical Gardens of Suzhou, Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, and the Grand Canal while the Yellow Sea Wetland in Yancheng is inscribed as natural world heritage. There are 10 more items listed on the UNESCO representative list of intangible cultural heritage. The Huaiyang cuisine from Jiangsu Province is one of the Four Great Traditions in Chinese cuisine.
